Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Down South Timepieces website and your engagement with our business services. By browsing our website, submitting a request, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Down South Timepieces reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Purchases & Payment

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the transaction. Prices are subject to change without notice until a purchase agreement is confirmed. We accept payment via methods communicated at the time of sale.

Full payment is required before any watch is shipped. For high-value transactions, we may require verified wire transfer or other secure payment methods at our discretion.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every timepiece sold by Down South Timepieces is verified for authenticity prior to sale. We stand behind the authenticity of all watches we offer. If a watch you purchased from us is later independently verified to be counterfeit, we will make it right — either through a full refund or replacement, at our discretion.

This guarantee applies only to watches purchased directly from Down South Timepieces and does not apply to watches we sourced, brokered, or facilitated on behalf of a third party unless explicitly stated in writing.

Watch Sourcing Requests

When you submit a sourcing request, we will make good-faith efforts to locate the requested timepiece through our network. We cannot guarantee that every watch can be sourced, or that it will be available at a specific price or within a specific timeframe.

Sourcing requests do not constitute a binding purchase agreement. A sale is only final when both parties have agreed to a price and payment has been received.

Repair & Service

By submitting a watch for repair or service, you authorize Down South Timepieces and our trusted watchmakers to perform the requested work. We will provide an estimate before beginning any non-routine work.

While we take the utmost care with every piece entrusted to us, Down South Timepieces is not liable for pre-existing damage, concealed defects, or complications arising from age, wear, or prior improper service that become apparent during or after servicing.

Completed repairs must be collected or shipping arranged within 30 days of notification. We are not responsible for watches left unclaimed beyond 90 days.

Sell & Trade

Quotes provided for watches you wish to sell or trade are estimates based on your description and current market conditions. Final offers are subject to in-person or physical inspection of the piece. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw any offer after inspection.

By selling a watch to Down South Timepieces, you represent that you are the lawful owner of the item and that it is free of any liens, encumbrances, or legal disputes.

Shipping & Insurance

All outbound shipments are fully insured and shipped via trusted carriers. You will be provided tracking information once your order ships. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

For watches sent to us for sale, trade, or service, we strongly recommend insuring the shipment for its full value. Down South Timepieces is not responsible for loss or damage during transit to us.

Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of luxury timepieces and the personalized service we provide, all sales are generally final. Returns or exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 3 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the exact condition received, with all original documentation.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Down South Timepieces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Dougherty County, Georgia.
